Please note that all information is required to process your return. All returns are subject to a return fee as well as a restocking fee.

In the event that a manufacture requires a restocking fee we will notify you via email of the restocking fee price to let you decide if you want to keep or continue with a return.

If you received Free Shipping on your order you will be required to pay the return shipping charges.

When your return is approved we will send you a discounted return shipping label that you can print from your home printer and affix it to your product with clear packing tape. If you do not have clear packing tape most Post Offices will affix the slip for you free of charge. The return shipping will be deducted from your refund when issued.

It will take up to 4 days for our inbound service team to inspect your order. Once Inspected we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs and restocking fees if applied.

You should receive your Refund back to your card within 14 business days.
