Exchange Policy
Mattress Xperts Happily offers an exchange on your mattress if you chose a feel that is not right for you the first time within 60 days of delivery. We offer an Online Purchase Policy and a In-store Purchase Policy both for mattresses, furniture as well as accessories and bedding. Please review our policy in depth prior to making a purchase. If you place an order online we are unable to refund due to how our system is set up with our shipping services.
In-Store Exchange Policy: You will Have 60 Days to Sleep on your Mattress If you decide after 30 Days you are not satisfied with your mattress you may exchange it for greater or equal value. You will need to pay a redelivery fee of $199 which includes Delivery of your New Mattress, Packaging your old mattress and shipping your first purchased Mattress Back to the manufacture. No refunds will be given. In Order to qualify for our hassle free exchange policy you must purchase a waterproof mattress protector at time of purchase. Mattresses must be void of staining for the manufacture to accept.
Online Purchase Exchange Policy: If you purchased your mattress online at Mattress Xperts you will also have 60 Days to sleep on your mattress if you decide after 30 days of sleeping on your mattress you may exchange it for greater or equal the value. Customers are to submit an online return request, once submitted an online customer service team member will contact you to help better understand your needs and help you with making your new selection. A $199.00 Fee will be backed out of your first purchase price, once your first mattress has arrived to our inspection facility your new selection will be shipped out within 3 days.
Reselected mattress must be of equal or greater value. The reselected mattress will not be eligible for a comfort exchange.Products must be in "like new" condition, free of any damage or stains, and must include the original law tag. Refunds will not be given for any downgrade in product.
- Must Purchase a Waterproof Mattress Protector during the time of purchase
- Pay the difference between mattress prices excluding discounts or accessories.
- Pay the $199.00 Delivery, or Shipping Fee which will be deducted from your original purchase price.
- Mattresses must be void of any staining. If a Mattress has staining your exchange will be disqualified from our exchange program. We ask that you please use one of our qualified waterproof mattress protectors. We will ask for images of the mattress prior to processing your return request.
- Law Tag: There is a "Law Tag" at the Head or foot of your mattress. If this Law Tag Has been removed you are void of our exchange program. Do Not Remove this Law Tag.
Adjustable Beds and Mechanical Bed Frames, Boxsprings or Mattress Foundations
Due to the mechanical moving parts of an adjustable base, we are unable to extend our Exchange Policy to our Adjustable bed bases. Please be sure to measure your Boxspring and foundation for the proper size needed for you bed frame as we are unable to extend our exchange policy to our foundations.
Online Furniture Purchase: You will have 7 days to process a return for any furniture items placed online. Must be in original packaging, New in a Box. Customer should request a return online using our online return request form.
In-Store Furniture Purchases: All In-Store Furniture purchases are Final Sale
Pillows, Protectors, Sheets: Must be in original packaging and limited to our 7 day return policy.
