Yes, Mattress Xperts offers several types of financing for your purchase. We offer Synchrony Bank Home Card as well as SNAP financing for customers with less than good credit. You can find out more detailed information in the tabs above.

Absolutely we do! If you find a price that is lower than ours, we will beat it by 110%. So when you are out shopping for your new mattress be sure to get a quote on paper to include, delivery, set-up, removal, merchandise name and size. At Mattress Xperts we carry only proven and tested mattresses from national mattress brands like Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Stearns and Foster and smaller brands that the owners have hand selected that meet the criteria and high standards for a great mattress brand.

If you purchase online, you will have 7 days to process a refund request online.

Generally, we ship your merchandise within 3 days after the order has processed. It will take up to 7 days to reach your destination.

No, You will never have to pay a fee for tracking. Once the product has left our facility or our manufacture facility you will receive a confirmation via email.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please email us at

In the case that you do not like the product you received you can process a return request within 7 days.

Deliveries are scheduled when you purchase in-store. Specific dates or times can likely be accommodated.

Ensuring safety is our utmost concern. We do not outsource in-home deliveries. Our delivery team is thoroughly screened and background verified.

No, that is part of our service fee. Our delivery men will deliver your mattress, set it up and remove your old mattress. We do not charge extra for giving great service.

To apply a discount or promotional code to your order, simply enter the code at checkout. There will be a field labeled "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" where you can input your code. The discount will be automatically applied to the eligible items in your order. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order, and certain terms and conditions may apply.

No, not at all. Synchrony will pull a soft credit report which will not go against your credit if you do not qualify.

No Credit financing is a term used for people who are building their credit, may have less than great credit or are recovering from a bankruptcy.

We Use Snap Financing: Snap Financing offers a great website full of wonderful detailed information. You can view our video down below for more information.

Financing is a 3rd party provider. You will need to contact your payment provider to schedule your payment or discuss your credit line. Mattress Xperts does not have access to your account information.

Your Account with Synchrony and Snap is based on your social security number.

Store Policy

Mattress Xperts Offers a In-Store Policy and a Separate Online Policy

Currently, we only offer exchanges on mattress purchases.

At Mattress Xperts we offer same day local delivery on all in-stock items if you purchase before 12 Noon.

You have 60 days to try out your mattress. We ask that you give your body at least 30 days to sleep on it and adjust to the new mattress. If you are still unsatisfied after 30 days, we ask that you come to the store to reselect and pay the difference in value. If you would like to read our full in-store policy you may view it HERE.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

Gift cards make perfect gifts for new parents, new homeowners, graduates, and holiday celebrations. Enjoy a 10% discount on all gift card purchases.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time.

Shipping to The Bahamas?

Are you looking for a mattress company who can help you ship your items to the Bahama's, Puerto Rico or another Coastal Island near Florida? We have you covered. Read Our FAQ on Port Authority Shipping.

We deliver to all ports on the East Coast of Florida. When you Purchase at Mattress Xperts Let us know the dock information, the transportation service and time and date of shipment.

We ask that you order at least 8 days in advance. If you need immediate shipment, please contact Laura our online assistant. She can help guide you through our process. Generally, if your items are in stock we can have them at the dock within 2 days.

We work with many hotels, fire stations, care facilities internationally and locally. If you are needing Bulk Discounts contact Laura our Online Assistant Using the button on the right hand side of your screen. She will contact you regarding the specifics of your order.
