Online Purchase Policy

 

Below is our Shipping, Cancellation, and Refund Process for all orders Placed Online and Shipping outside of our Local South Florida Area. If you purchase an Item online and live in our local area, please see our Local Shipping Return Policy. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way! This email will include tracking information. You can always check your tracking information online with our chat feature located on the front page of our website. Please have your email and invoice number available.

Installation: 

Mattress Xperts can provide installation service for you if you live in the local South Florida area for a fee depending on product and installation requirements. If you do not live in the local area, then you are responsible for installing, and set up. There are apps like "Handy" which provide these services. 

Cancellation: You have 3 hours to cancel your order online. After 3 Hours, your order will be processed though our various vendors and unable to cancel. If you would like to return your item after shipment you will have (3) Days to process your return. The return needs to be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. 

Free Shipping: If you purchase an item online with our free shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of returns & exchanges. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS 

We accept returns up to ( 3 ) days after delivery, item must be unused and in its original packaging condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return item. Purchasers are required to pay shipping returns. 

It will take ( 3) Business days to process your refund, after the item has been checked by our warehouse return inspection team. You will receive notification via email that your item return has been processed. It could take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card to reflect refund. Unfortunately, Mattress Xperts can not govern your bank or credit institutions processing times. 

If you would like to process a Return Please contact Support@MattressXperts.com within ( 3 ) days or your delivery. Mattress Xperts will provide you with a Discounted return shipping label

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. (Within 24 Hours)  support@mattressxperts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

At Checkout: Please provide both an email and phone number so that we may contact you if an issue arises, and accept our marketing policy so that we may contact you via email if we need further information. 

 PO BOXES: We do not ship to PO BOXES 

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.
