At Mattress Xperts, our sleep trial is absolutely free. Unlike the big players in town, we won't charge you an additional fee to exchange your mattress. Our exchange program is incredibly straightforward: if you're not comfortable within the first 30 days of sleeping on your mattress, simply contact the store where you made your purchase and speak to the Mattress Xpert who assisted you. While we suggest visiting the store during less busy weekdays, we're happy to assist you at any time.

When exchanging your mattress, you'll need to select a new one that's equal to or greater in price than your original purchase. We won't offer a refund for anything less than the original price. You'll also be responsible for the added value and a redelivery fee of $195. The redelivery fee covers Set up of your new mattress, removal and pick up of your old mattress and shipping back to the manufacture. We don't sell used items at clearance stores, so we'll need to send your old mattress back to the manufacturer to receive credit for your original purchase. 

If you originally purchased your mattress during a sale, you'll need to pay retail price for your exchange. Occasionally, we receive a discounted cost from the manufacturer during promotional sales, which is why the price may differ. If you received added promotional free items that too will need to be backed out of the original sale price. 

We should note that some retailers include an added exchange fee in their online policy, but we don't. It's important to read the fine print before making a decision at most other retailers. Or, better yet, simply visit your nearest Mattress Xperts location where we make it easy to shop for a new, comfortable mattress.
