Yes, Mattress Xperts offers several types of financing for your purchase. We offer Synchrony Bank Home Card as well as SNAP financing for customers with less than good credit. You can find out more detailed information in the tabs above.

Online Policy

Online orders generally take only hours to process and 2-7 days to ship. This varies of course depending on the amount of stock for each manufacture that we carry.

Our System if fully automated meaning as soon as your order is placed online we are processing it within 3 hours. You will have up to 3 hours to cancel your order unless that order has already been processed and our shipping couriers have been notified of a pick-up. If you need to cancel your order we ask that you please contact our customer support as soon as possible at (954) 563-3768, Please have your order number available.

Please check your emails spam inbox. Our systems emails will come from an unknown email address. We will provide you with a tracking number from our courier. You may also be notified by our manufacture as well if your item is being shipped directly from the manufacture. If you need assistance with tracking your purchase feel free to contact us

We offer returns up to 7 days after purchase. All Items must be unused and in its original packaging. If you received free shipping during purchase you will be responsible for shipping. If you need to return a package please use our return page

Local Delivery

Our local delivery includes delivery, set-up and removal of old bedding.

We do not contract out our delivery crew. Our delivery crew has been with us for many years and all of our team is background checked for your safety.

A person over the age of 18 can accept your delivery, they will need to sign for your delivery and have a valid ID ready for signature into our system.

Our system is set up on a barcode system that is scanned when adding it to the delivery truck for that days deliveries. It would be unlikely to receive merchandise that is not the one you purchased.

If you feel you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact the store where you purchased at immediately within 24 hours after delivery.

If you feel that our delivery specialist went above and beyond to offer amazing service? By all means hand them a tip, they will appreciate it.

  • Please remove all breakable items from the path of delivery
  • Remove all bedding
  • Be at the house during the set delivery times

In-Store Policy

We offer two policies due to the logistical aspect of our business. When customers Purchase online they will have a 7 day return policy but with in-store purchases you will only have an exchange policy.

We do offer a refund policy for all non-delivered goods up to the day prior to delivery unless.

  • The order was a "special order" item
  • The order was not a discontinued item
  • The order was not a shipped goods item, purchased for shipping to a "non-local" area.
  • Furniture items also fit within the criteria of "special order"

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of your mattress you have the option to exchange your mattress (1) time for a different mattress.

When you purchase your mattress in-store at Mattress Xperts we ask that you sleep on that mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to time to get used to the new mattress. After 30 days if you are not completely satisfied we ask that you visit the store where you purchased and do an exchange.

  • You will never be charged an additional "restocking fee" to exchange your mattress.
  • If you purchased your mattress during as sale, the exchange price will be from the Original Marked price to the new beds price. Unfortunately we are unable to give discounts or sale prices for exchanges.
  • If your mattress is more you will need to pay the difference
  • No refunds will be given on exchanges so we ask that you purchase the same value as your original purchase.
  • You will need to pay $149.99 Redelivery fee. This fee also includes shipping back to the manufacture, packaging up your mattress, delivery of your new mattress and set up.

It is rare to hear that customers do not like their adjustable base. However due to the electrical and moving parts of an adjustable base, we are not able to do an exchange.
