Our 60 Day Comfort Trial Allows you to try the mattress that you selected for up to 60 Days. If you are not Satisfied with your purchase you may upgrade your purchase, with the difference in price plus a redelivery fee of $129.00
Our 60 Day Comfort Exchange Applies to in-Store Purchases only.
Mattress Xperts Offers a 60 Day Mattress exchange on all Mattresses with the exception of Custom and Made to Order mattresses. Those Sales are Final.
Mattress Xperts Does not offer exchanges on Foundations, Adjustable Bases or Floor Models.

Refunds
You may cancel your your up to the day before delivery. Unless, you purchased furniture items that has already shipped. You may not cancel any item that is a special order.
For the Safety of our guests we ask that you request a refund at the store that you purchased from. We do not keep any record of your credit card on file, therefor we are unable to issue credit or cancel your order.
Please note that a fee may apply to the cancellation of your order and will range from 2% to 8% depending on payment type.
