MONTAGUE & CAPULET Warranty
10 Year Manufactures Warranty on any defect or damage caused by Manufacture.
- All Mattresses must be stain-free (use. a mattress Protector folks, accidents happen)
- You must use proper support which is both frame support and foundational support.
- You must have a receipt - So do NOT lose your paper work from our store. (Mattress Xperts only keeps receipts for 1 year)
- DO NOT remove the tag at the head of the bed, pillow, or foundation. ( I know its hard, believe me... Im guilty of doing the it) ❤️
Exchange Policy: Is there a fee to exchange my mattress?
No, Thats a Corporate thing.. Its called a "RESTOCKING FEE" so they can literally, drive your used mattress to their "CLEARANCE" store and resale it. We Don't have a clearance center- We send our Used Bedding back to our manufactures.
You Can Read our policy Online- While theirs is masked by
" A Small Fee" or "Small Percentage" We are Very Up Front with our Policy. Its Just the RIGHT THING to DO!
Mattress Xperts Happily offers an exchange on your mattress if you chose a feel that is not right for you the first time within 60 days of delivery. We do not charge a "restocking" fee for your exchanged mattress like most stores do which is significant amount some as high as 20% so please do pay attention to that when you are shopping around.
- We do however, ask that you pay the difference in MSRP to the upgrade. If you chose to downgrade only a $500 difference shall be refunded.
- We will also ask that you cover a redelivery fee of $95 which include the cost of sending your used mattress back to the manufacturer, picking up your old mattress and brining in the new one.
- We will not extend our exchange to any mattress that has been soiled or damaged. It is important to use a mattress protector during the trial period.
- We do not offer exchanges on items that are clearance or doorbuster deals.
Furniture, Pillows, Mattress Pads, Sheets and Adjustable Bases are Final Sale and do not come with an exchange.
- ALL online purchases are Final Sales -
We ask all clients to please DO NOT remove the law tag at the head of the mattress, doing so will void your mattress warranty.
Please understand that Mattress Xperts does not warranty mattresses. Warranties are directed, given and approved soley upon the discretion of the Manufacture of the mattress.
We ask that if you have any issues to please contact our owners directly. You may contact any store to ask for their direct email. The Managers will ask your name, and ticket number. Unfortunately we do not publish their emails due to solicitors and marketers.

Do you offer Set-up with Your Delivery?
YES OF COURSE!!! Silly!
and No.. We aren't going to charge you $89 to drop it off in your living room and $189 to set it up.. We will leave that silliness to those Corporate Guys..
I think i have a warranty issue, what should I do?
Immediately send us an email if you think your mattress, foundation, or adjustable base may have an issue.
Don't wait, because it can also effect your sleep and we wouldn't want that. There is already enough people in South Florida waking up cranky we don't need to add to the problem do we?
