At Mattress Xperts, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of mattresses and bedding products, you will be required to learn the ins and outs of all mattresses on our floor, you will be required to understand your role in the business as well as cross training in other areas as well. We offer exceptional training and want all of our staff members to know about the products we provide.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Support Staff: If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers, our support staff position may be a great fit for you. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and ensure they are 110% Satisfied
- Sales Members: If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with customers, our sales member position may be the perfect fit. You will assist customers in finding the right mattress and bedding products to meet their needs, provide product demonstrations, and close sales. You will be provided exceptional Training by both our staff members, our owners and our product manufacturer reps. You may be required to cross train at our warehouse facility to understand our delivery and warehousing once or twice during training. Our training program is a 6 Week paid Training Program.
- Warehouse Employees: If you have experience in warehouse operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, our warehouse employee position may be a great fit. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, as well as preparing products for shipment. You will need to lift over 50 lbs, ability to utilize a computer, read and write and offer effective communication. Our Warehouse offers 6 weeks of paid training.
- You will need to submit to background checks, a drug screening and have a clean driving record prior to any positions at Mattress Xperts.
